If there end goal is NOT privitaization OR activism, then if they get to a  30-40% stake over the next 6 months with another 1m shares or so (or whatever the exact number is), then how do they unwind the position?

Will DREAM office just magically go back to  $40 in the next few years ? imagine how long it will take to sell their shares in the open market, and office would need to become a hot ticket again to get a good price.  doesnt seem like theres a reasonable exit plan in next couple of years at least
