HOW EASY WOULD IT BE FOR ARTIS TO BUY

Out the public float, non-DRM/Cooper holdings.  Lets look.

FCR public securities equated to around ~90m from last quarter at current price.   Theres no debt/mortgage against this and can be liquidated.

Then another 60m from all those assets they are selling

150m to plow into D.UN at these levels all day, until they are comfortable enough to take it private

How can you builld a huge position in a illiquid reit and think the SP will go to $40 in a few years and sell in the open market? Seems like its the only option for these guys, if they aren't looking for a sale to another party like group mache
