Distribution company, not a manufacturer. Capital structure tends to carry more debt, so don't get too worked up about it. Great company. Choppy stock, as it gets lumped in with other forestry companies. Pays a good dividend. Undervalued.

..pretty safe call at these levels..remember when the stock was close to $11 when they did the bought deal at $10?? what a difference 6 months make!! DBM used the money in part to do 2 so called accreative acquistions( target prices were as hi as  $14) and then the stock has since plummeted with the pull back in lumber ..talk about a fall from graces even though this is so much more than ...more

downwithdotcom1 Thanks for the excellent post. I'm hoping that some form of the infrastructure bill passes in the US soon and their debt ceiling issue is resolved as well. Both of those could really spur the construction and materials sectors in both the US and Canada and could help DBM reach the old target price of $14. Here's hoping!
