Over the last year there have been 40 buys and no sells by Insiders. In addition there were buys taking place right before Christmas.

While the sector has been beaten down DBM seems to be pushing back against the negative expectations. Clearly those in the know (insiders) know, which is a compelling enough reason that the sp is ticking up.

It's also worth noting that this increase in volume and the sp is going on with no material connection to the dividend .....as that provides no benefit until the end of the next quarter. For these investors this appears to be a purely equity play ....any thoughts?

I wondered off the investor section of their website and found IMO they have a happy dedicated group of employees who have a shareholder stock plan. One can't overestimate the value of this .
