Wow, nice to see that we got a toe over the top of the $8 fence today!

And I might add. Those selling at $8 currently may have possibly bought at $6.50 not very long ago should feel very satisfied making a 23% profit with bonus dividends while they waited. There's some who do and then there's some who don't. Let's hope this keeps climbing!

My only concern is what has fundamentaly changed since DBM was trading at $6.50? What is actually sustaining the 23% price rise?

Don, I suspect that one of the reasons might be the same as it was when the share price started to climb when it dipped down to $6.50. Investors who are looking further ahead are becoming more convinced that we're heading down the road to lower rates and with that construction firing up again. Buying these shares in advance at these prices while collecting a tastie dividend just provides them ...more

It sure feels like we got both feet and the whole body over the $8 fence today and have got a lot of pasture to ourselves. It's been to the $10 fence before, just might jump over it this time around.
