This announcement was made as part of an official opening ceremony, attended by Mr. Wei Jie, the company's Chairman, Mr. Peng Jingtao, the Chinese Consul General in Montreal, as well as many representatives of the business community and the entertainment industry.

Last Friday, all of a sudden, Gold-Finance Holdings Ltd. (01462.HK), the flagship of Wei’s business group, saw its share price slump by 64 percent. Trading of its shares was suspended.
