As shareholders, we should all pick up the phone and call Dbox investor relations to make things happen......every other stock is doing well, Dbox has the perfect opportunity here ... I think the timing is ripe action..... I am really disappointed that there was no news on the gaming chair and no update on the release date....however on the theatrical space there is significant opportunity now

What you just woke up and thought this would be a good fit. Trust me they have tried and there was little to no interest. You need 2 willing partners to dance and amc knows dbox is hurting and probably wants dbox  to sharpen there pencil if this is the case management is making the correct choice. One day hopefully they can agree on pricing and move forward on a big deal. Be patient my friend

Don't think it is a smart move to let this opportunity pass...even a thin profit is better than no profit...a deal with AMC will lead to share price appreciation which will than allow Dbox to raise capital at a higher share price....if executed properly a deal with AMC can lift D-Box pass the $1 share price level...I think this is a once in a lifetime opportunity...imagine if Cinemark had the

No true, they cannot made a deal that should be so thin that other partners as cinemark, cineplex, etc... could not accept there own partnership with d-box.  Fairness is required on business.  if I am cineplex , as example, that I have a 5$ d-box fee and AMC did it for 1 or 2 $ ,  actual partners possibly want to quit, and it’ll be bad

A non disclosure agreement is standard industry practise....deal with AMC will benefit Dbox in the long run....nothing is more regretful in life then a "Missed Opportunity"...
