D-BOX MANAGEMENT HAS ALWAYS BEEN LAZY TO CONSOLIDATE SHARES

D-BOX has  no choice but to proceed to a share-rollback.  You can't attract serious capital with such a shameful $0.08 penny stock given this public company has been on the market for quite many years.  Management is a bunch of gutless individuals.  This company will be bought out dirt cheap.

I hope there will be bought out by a bigger company that is more shareholder friendly and not only focus on their toys agenda . If you cannnot create business value then pass the puck to real managers. Concerning the consolidation of shares, 90 % of the time  there is a steep decline afterward. I would prefer a merge deal than a share consolidation.
