Outside business as usual i retain; They admit the SP is low but they can finance the business with cash flow CEO is meeting with AMC in UK , potential sales on the agenda EBITDA for the next 6 months should be positive They mention a strategic investor could be involved in the next future.

About the gaming chairs, Motion 1 should be available before end of civil year 2022 and Razer should be there in the 2023. And, some potential customers for training purpose are interested in Motion 1 to setup for minimalist and cheap simulation training workstation. Really great thing!!

It is agood thing to create partnership to avoid material , marketing and shipping cost , it is less logical to make partnersip when you do not control the agenda of the launch and timing , this is two mistakes with coolermaster and razer.

My problem is not much that the partner manage the agenda, it is that the management team create expectations and did not well manage possible disappointments of shareholders. And with bad lucks (pandemic, cyberattack) there is really tough time for shareholders...
