Magna Mining

Dundee owns 21% of Magna Mining.  33.6M shares plus 9.3M warrants.  The shares are equity accounted with a carrying value of $7.8M.  Magna's stock is up 88% over the past 6 months and the current market value of the shares is $26.9M... an extra $20M in market value that is not included in Dundee's reported NAV...

At current market prices Dundee's Magna investment (shares and warrants) is worth $31M or $0.36 per DC.A share.  Also for what it's Canaccord has a $1.25 target for Magna vs. it's current share price of $0.80.  If Magna hits this target price it's market value would be half of Dundee's current market cap.
