Why I invest in Dundee

Turnaround is complete and company is now cash positive.  So many shots on goals
  1. Decrease of the discount to book value
  2. Increase on the value of their junior portfolio.  Believe this market will not suck forever.
  3. Increase in value of their current portfolio : these guys are good stock pickers in a bad market !!!
  4. New investments now that are not constrained with cash
  5. Dutch auction of their shares : they did it after DPM, so they will do it.
  6. A big return on either TauRx, Android or whatever else they have on their legacy portfolio
I always hear that management is the key in this sector : Goodman comes across as someone that does not bullshit and deliver results for shareholder.

Thats great but lets start pushing some math and figar out what they're worth +/- 35%  maybe the count or cat scratch. I cant remember who use to post numbers? I have mine but they did a good job at fitting it in the message space.
