I wish Dundee would simply distribute its 1,000,000+ TauRx shares to its current shareholders. Hey I love the proposal, but if what your saying is no approval in future its worth zero. .?? Its worth it might get approved in Singapore or UK and guess what! Your going fly your grandma to Malasia as fast as you can cuase its cheeper to care for her there buy 90% and you get a drug that helps. Screw US. After UK gets approval there will be SO MUCH PRESSURE on FDA.  You have no idea what an outraged US public can accomplish for an expensive medication.  Now try a cheap pill with limited side effects when competition is blowing brains up...

Hate to rain on your (and my) parade but management won't distribute TauRx shares anytime soon.  While it would be a HUGE WIN for CURRENT shareholders thats not how a mismanaged company works.  You see management tortured the TauRx valuation only to pull a stunt you would expect from a junior mining company selling 8,000 for $125 each.  Maybe you have inside information

"information regarding UK decision expected by end of year" Sorry but I do NOT expect a decision in the UK before year end 2024.  Maybe 2025 when reading comments in Malaysia of folks who seem to be on top of the situation. The way I see it: if some shareholders want to speculate on the drug being approved they should own those TauRx shares, if not it would be best to own DC.A as

@pierrelebel seems to me like ATK and an investment bank seem to think TauRx gets UK approval and is worth $15B USD after... given you think that they are "On top" of things is this your take?  Also approval Dec unless delayed to Q1 2025 as per ATK
