Dundee is going $5/share in 2025!

OmahaValue wrote "Dundee is going $5/share in 2025!" You clearly think DC.A is undervalued at the current price (under $1.60). I agree with you DC.A shares are undervalued at current price. Too bad the management at Dundee does not feel that optimistic. They have a buyback program in place but have NOT been buying shares at the current price. On April 9, 2024 Jonathan Goodman ...more

Dundee seems to have a lot going for it right now. Management and the board should be buying the stock personally and the company should be repurchasing the stock.

Totally agree.  Dundee is very, very, very undervalued.  So frustrating!  Starting to give up hope.  Buyback is so important because it signals managements alignment with shareholders.  Hard to imagine Dundee traded at $1.53 today while management is probably at the beach sipping Pina Colada's. A monkey could manage this company and the stock would never have traded ...more

Hey Cat, Looked at the presentation and they mention 1st semester and not 1st quarter.  And I would assume there will be a ramp up period following commissioning ?   Anyway, we are close. Cash flow generated when running on 1.5% of 83 000 oz produced should be 3.2 M USD or say 4.5 M.  Not enough to offsett all G&A but making a pretty good dent on it.   A ...more

Yes... royalties get big valuations... I assume it will just exist as yet another incredibly undervalued asset on Dundee's balance sheet.  Hopefully we see some action on the NCIB and more insiders buying stock.

If Borborema does not get recognized by the market, I trust that Goodman will monetize it, one way or another.  He did show that he was not afraid of making transactions, be it Reunion or DPM.   And the beauty of it : tax free unless TauRx eats up all that tax loss carryforward in the coming year. NCIB : Don't they have to report if they are buying shares ?  A bit puzzling ...more

Dundee should liquidate.  Perpetual huge discount to NAV.  Over the years Dundee has owned hundreds of Shitcos yet only TauRx was sold to a private investor.  Why not some Jr Miner? On  Aug. 13 Dundee Corporation sold 11,000,000 shares of GMIN for $8.85 per share for $95,920,000 to redeem Prefs at par. GMIN is currently $11.51 so the opportunity cost was $29 million in 4 ...more

Well, Goodman will not liquidate. Hey,  you could have sold your DC.A at 1.95 on October 24 and buy back today at 1.58  for a 23% gain.  28% at 1.52 on Nov 13.   A huge opportunity cost for 1 to 2 months.    You could also margin your account to increase those return, 7.5% at my broker, super cheap funding to buy an unlevered holding company investing in Junior ...more

Hey you could learn the difference between debt and equity.  You could learn why Jr Miners are called ShitCos.  I can't take credit for the concept of a balance sheet however I can read one.  I also can't take credit for calling Jr Miners ShitCos. Homework for you.   What would the stock price be if a monkey ran the company over the last 7 years (from 2017 on ...more

Hey, Not too sure about the debate : preferred are a form of financing and leverage.  Glad you are able to find them on the balance sheet. Not too sure about the value of your homework, have no idea hwo the market would value the company under your scenario.  Anyway, GMIN was owned because of the Reunion swap, so they should not have done that swap ?  Or invest in Reunion ?.  ...more

Rick Rule gave up on DC.A .He mentioned investing at DC.A was a mistake. That was back  in 2016. Now he is again  picture . Not only he started buying DC.A, yet his top picks is Dundee  Is he making the same mistake as he did in 2016? The court, I have feeling that your average is around $1.50 . If you lost faith in management ,maybe consider to make some decisions.  At the ...more

Hey Mac! Merry Xmas to you and your family. I lost total faith in management when they sold the 8000 shares of TauRx to a private individual.  I emailed investor relations, told them that I am a shareholder and asked for the same deal.  They never got back to me. I have been a Dundee shareholder for a very long time well before Jonathan became CEO.  Here is a timeline since ...more
