Trading at 60% of Book Value

* Discount is even bigger if underlying holdings are marked to market

* Non voting shares makes Goodman's have the final say on big decisions which could be
or good or bad depending on you point of view.. Finacial bemefits such as dividends and special
will be share equally between voting and non-woting (if i am not mistaken)

* Shares have doubled in the past year. All that has been proven in the past couple months
or so of sloppy trading is that it is a strong buy at #1.50 and a short term sell at $1.90. A big
move up could occur at any time due to the nature of the company's holdings. Traders
tend to get caught of guard withs thing and try to rush bavk in when news is released
(this  typically leads  to smaller positons for them  over the long run).

* This is not a direct mining stock - so a lot less worry invloved.
Mines can fail at any time and thier shares prices dive overnight.

* Has lots of cash on the books to play make moves with.

* The entire gold mining sector is massively undervaled - that can change in the matter
of a few weeks given a stable or higher gold price and all other things being equal

* Traders have been in control past few week but that too will pass.

Macppor. Drawback to Goodman control is that thier return of capital policy (when and how much) may not coincide with DC.A shareholder wishes. The copmay did pay of the preferred lately which was a big move and the company definetly has entered a new phase.
