Stuff on RRD and combined company.

RRD has been working for a year to go private in USA and this sale via Moore (who have been around for decades in Canada) must have been part of the plan. The projected RRD Canada revs are out of about US$1.1 billion combined Revs for both units in 2022.
I have watched DCM over several months and clearly shud have got in earlier but ifthey close soon I am prepared to see first qtr or part qtr of the combined entity. These things are not without risk, particularly what is the chance of client churn...who could they go to...and staff consolidation where operations overlap...is that likely?
Like the sale/leaseback but wud like to know terms of credit facility.
JMHO.
