Class A NAV 4.94

Getting closer to dividend territory and the discount to NAV is narrowing. Congrats to those who have held for months (or years) waiting for this jump we're now seeing in SP. Exactly 1% needed from here (as of 2:30 PM) to see a resumption in distributions.

Remeber we essentially need to see the Class A NAV get to 5.10 as the commons pay 13.75 cents this month (I've got NAV for commons at 15.08).

Hey, please see Excel sheet below. Eassentially I take the percentage gain in each individual stock (since the previous Thursday) multiplied by the weight within the portfolio. That gives a net change in the NAV based on that one particular stock. I then sum this net change from them all and add 1 to get a net change factor of the total portfolio.
