DGS realtime UNIT NAV = Approx: $16.85

SO now that we have a recent list of the holdings to FEB 28th, can actually take a stab at the NAV values.
IMO, DGS appears to be one of the best values out there... today the commons have a value of $6.83 or so ( taking prorated preferred dist. off...) so trading at almost exactly a 2% premium.
Considering the high yield @ 17.3 % at the last trade.....
