NAV March 31

Estimated closing NAV is $14.71. The capital shares closed $0.59 above actual value. Please keep in mind I have not taken the research to see if any dividends were earned in the portfolio so this could certainly have a small impact. Another 2.65% rise in the NAV will kiss the payment threshold.

11% premium is not outrageous for a split with a long history of paying that is now once again very close and with a lot of runway left in which to do it.

Yes because the markets can only go up from here right? SO far in 2023 DGS has not done that well,  and while permabulls are thinking that this is the end of the downside.... i am not in that camp. recession is coming... probably already here as we know how honest the stats are in terms of GDP etc.... jobs are plentiful , so  no recession, but the majority of those jobs dont pay enough ...more
