NAV April 26

~$15.18. Closing premium on capital shares: ~$0.88.

There were a few holdings trading ex-dividend since the last update, so I have made the necessary adjustments. Let's hope they result in a more accurate NAV.

Tomorrow morning, the capital shares trade ex-dividend, and their NAV will open at ~$4.99.  The unit NAV will have to rise to $15.24 to achieve the payment threshold next month to account for the cash dividend payment to both classes of shares.

Good job,  i think very close. I always find BDIV  ( DGS biggest holding) hard to guage since there are so many holdings and weightings change like the weather.  It also has quite a high payout (11cents per share)  and is ex divvy date tomorrow. DGS collects that tho, while BDIV pays it out.

I researched BDIV some time ago and 100% of their payout is in the form of Return Of Capital, so their NAV should actually decline by the dividend amount on every ex-dividend date. Thanks for the reminder - I will have to adjust for the dividend tomorrow morning.
