Was very close to what i had in my spreadhsheet , but wasnt sure about collected dividends etc... as it was at $14.58

There were two stocks trading ex-dividend yesterday, so you would have been pretty well spot if you had accounted for those. Meanwhile, I was three cents short last week and four cents high this week after making the necessary adjustment. Go figure - seems to happen once a month. Another observation is that the preferred shares' NAV is listed at $10 instead of $10.01. Strange.
