NAV July 21

~$15.19. Premium on capital shares: ~$0.19.

We closed solidly above the $15.10 payment threshold for this month. Next month will be much more challenging as the NAV needs to close at $15.24 to make the cut.

Yes DGS will pay the preferreds in September for the month of August . I did note that the payout on preferreds for Dgs is less than the payout for LCS preferreds by almost 2 cents, quarterly.
