April 21 was the last time they posted a dividend for DGS

I looked back at the notice dated Friday April.21
It read something like as the NAV was more than 15.00
after  distributions on April 20  The payment was made.

Does that not mean we have another week to make up
what is needed?? They could use Thursday Nov 23
as the NAV date

They could use that date, but they would need to announce their distributions after the close on Thursday because a Friday announcement would be too late.

I do believe they will use NOV 23 , as it is the 2nd last thursday in NOV. LAst year they announced the distributions on NOV 23 , to be paid DEC 14... but the calculation date was a few days earlier. Not sure it will make much difference, as DGS still has a ways to go to get to $15.24 needed to take care of distributions to commons and preferreds.

That is exactly the point, MM. Brompton can announce distributions on Thursday, November 23 but not on Friday, November 24 unless they want to violate TSX regulations. So they would need to calculate the NAV and then make an announcement on the same evening.
