Is Brompton going to declare/not declare based on the NAV at the end of today's session?
Comment by mouserman on Jan 18, 2024 2:58pm
Yes the NAV date will be the end of todays trading, as Brompton is quite consistent on the second to last thursday of the month. Exception is December with so many holidays in the last 10 days of the month. Not sure who is selling DGS down, but they dont have the right info on the NAV...or are very confused.

Today should be the normal day. But Brompton has a history of exceptions. So does quadravest.

DFN is paying so it would be in DGS's best interest to declare as soon as possible if they are paying as well or else they will see funds flowing from theirs into DFN.

Yes the exception with Brompton is XMAS time. Other than that , atleast in the 10 years i have followed them, Brompton always uses the 2nd to last thursday  close of the month. Quadravest has a different set of rules, especially with DFN..

A few months ago,  Brompton announced dividends for a bunch of funds and dgs was not on the list. Then on a separate day they announced dgs WOULD PAY.
