DGS unit nav sinks , now $16.88 to OCt 25

So after distributions to common shares , DGS commons would be valued @ $6.78.. and with the close @$7.10  the premium now on the commons is  32 cents or about  4.7%.
Not a buy at these prices for me, altho i know ex divvy date is close and there is nearly 2 $ of safety. Just  there are others at much better valuations paying a higher yield to gamble on. Or some with more safety at a discount  like FTN, with  still a good yield. LBS the most heavily discounted split fund common in my tracking list.  Taking over that spot from LCS..

Mouser,  Out of curiosity when you say ' Or some with more safety at a discount like FTN' do you mean safe that the price is less volatile? or safe as in the monthly payout is consistant?  I've been in and out of DGS for the better part of five years now, but am balking at paying a premium for DGS and am considering other 'safer' plays that wont risk underlying ...more

I mean more safety above the threshhold for paying to commons.
