Just read a new article on mining.com regarding the mine, it states that the grade of the diamonds from the mine are of a low grade? I was always under the assumption that the stones from the mine were of a decent grade and had good evaluations outside of the type II stones. As well they are stating that there is a chance we could loose the mine altogether by being forced out if we can't meet our financial obligations? Maybe this is what they were after all along? Who knows!

Grade is the concentration ot the desired material in the sample size. i.e. - cpht (carats per hundred tonnes. Star has low grade but high carat value due to the Type IIA coloured diamonds.

Yea, no doubt! A bunch of crooks in management who usually don't give a S about the shareholders, look what happened to Stornoway as an example, lost a lot of cash there...and the beat goes on. And if you all think these big companies don't play for keeps look at Anglo American and Dynasty Minerals, they walked away from a 500 mil investment ( theoretically) who knows what these sleezy big ...more
