For a guy holding only 5% of his former holdings, DigAhole/explman spends too much time looking at this stock. He's all doom and gloom. There are billions in diamonds in the ground. Why would RT sit for 2 years-3 years. You dont think they have enough money to sole fund, keeping track of what DIAM should have contributed and when the final court decision goes in their favour deliver a bill DIAM will never be able to pay and the will DILUTE!

I guess I could have been more clear. They can sole fund for 2 or 3 years and then deal with the judge's decision afer a trial - good or bad. That being said, they will not wait that long. Star is a small but everpresent tick in Rio's armpit. Rio does not want a continued joint venture with the parasite that questions their every decision and is not scared to run to court to continually

RT will have no problem paying lawers to deal with this, as they know that for every $ they spend on legal fees, DIAM spends at least as much, and DIAM has to raise money for legal fees on the market. The market is valuing DIAM at 19 cents. RT will never pay a 500% premium, ever.  So how does DIAM get their share price up? I'll stick with my original forecast, there is a 12-15 cent
