Every small mining/oil/tech company has ownership that does extremely well off the backs of the average investor - thats nothing new. Most here are just wanting some crumbs from the MacNeill cookie so they might move on to another opportunity to fill the pockets of another companies owners.

I propose that it is highly unlikely that RIO announces anything substantial giving the world situation (economic) and the interference by WEF (world economic forum) in most country politics & policies.
