Market Valuation
Star went from 25% ownership of the project to 100% while RIO went from 75% down to 20%
ownership. Star now owns a $100 Million Bauer Rig and was given $3 Million in cash as well millions of dollars of research data.
How can this stock trade at the same price as it did before the deal was done???
is the market waiting for the deal to close before it reflects a much higher and truer value?.

There is no way that rig is worth a $100m for starters. 100% of nothing is still a very small number, and guess what, they dont have enough money to do anything so expect another financing to be rammed down your throat soon. Any other questions? How many more majors have to leave before you get the hint that this project is sub-economic, and has been for 25 years.

How much time do you think is required? How long has it been, 25years? May be more? Ekati, Diavik, etc will have all been discovered, permitted, built, mined ouit, and closed, in the time it has taken.

You're finally right about something, they are all mined out! So where do think a new supply will come from? Hint: Somewhere in Saskatchewan.
