How's everyone FALC'n feeling now?

Whether you predicted a lower SP or not...it hurts to be seeing t and living it.  *********************************************************************************************.  IMO this has all been fairly predictable--just like the next 2 yrs will be.  Again, this just my opinion.   I don't even like it!  *********************************************************************************************.  The thing that worries me the most is DIAM could finish and release a nice FS and still garner NO interest OR only low ball interest.  *********************************************************************************************.  If this happens it all gets shelved.  We won't know for a few years so until then enjoy the basement dwelling SP. *********************************************************************************************.  FRANK.

I feel pretty god damn not too bad, as my father used to say. I own part of the largest diamond discovery in the world!!!  RIO and Newmont still own around 35% of this project and they haven't cashed in their chips yet! Why is that??? DIAM has the Bauer drill worth $250K and over $200K of tax loss carry forwords. The GANGSTER/BANKSTERS are trying to get us to sell our shares to them. I ...more

I agree with Frank, this is a disaster of a stock.
Comment by ScotUK on Sep 21, 2024 4:55am
Sadly I have to agree. I keep going back to the fact that RIO basically passed on it after spending 200m. They think long term so not concerned about pricing fluctuations.
Comment by Jclately on Sep 23, 2024 9:26pm
Sadly?  Well yes its sad but don't go dwelling the change you didn't get underneath the pillow...I'm sure she bought yo a happy meal.   Rio still has %20.  We can't quibble about that anymore.  I think they might want more investors,as,this is the biggest diamond project in the world!   No one these days goes it alone they need investors.  ...more

Who sees a 10 for 1 stock split in the very near future.

It would be putting lipstick on a pig

With no other news to come other than financing to FS and 2 year wait.... you can watch that s/p grind it's way back down to nothing. Kiss of death.
Comment by Jclately on Sep 24, 2024 10:09pm
That is an astute observation but as the stock(invariably)languishes Rio. Picks up more.  Are we now between a"rock and a hard place" or was this some sort of good plan? Stay tuned to the same bat place  and the same bat channel.
Comment by FRANKtheTANK on Sep 24, 2024 11:14pm
It's laughable.  *********************************************************************************************.  People hanging their hats on "Newmont and RIO have large positions in this".  *********************************************************************************************.  It's not like they bought these positions on the open market.  They ...more

Mr. Tank, did I read it wrong(the agreement)as a non dilutionary %at %19? Or...heck 20? That meant to me in perpetuetom that Rio could not, would not and did not want to own less.  That song...you want it you got it... But you mentioned newmont...  can you offer more?
Comment by FRANKtheTANK on Sep 26, 2024 3:01pm
Yeah---you definitely read something wrong!  Wow! *********************************************************************************************.  This is stuff is important to fully understand.  Everything you typed about your interpretation of RIO's position is wrong.  *********************************************************************************************.  ...more

Easy Frank. I went back and read the Nov 28 release and yes you are correct. I was fairly certain when I made my comment. Not my intention to mislead. I will admit my error however I am looking to see where or why I believed what I posted to be accurate. I have some reading material for the night.
Comment by FRANKtheTANK on Sep 26, 2024 6:26pm
Interesting that you are admitting an error in your post WHEN it was JClately who posted it.  *********************************************************************************************.  Things that make you go hmmmmm. *********************************************************************************************.  It really doesn't matter if it was buckortwo....or Jclately ...more

Mr. Tank,I am not uncomfortable with admitting mistakes.  I was sure I had read that there was a non dilution agreement.  I can't remember for sure but I have a feeling I didn't read the agreement all the way through. So,their"non dilution agreement" relies on their ability or desire to continue with the issuance of stock offers...at whatever price?  I'll have ...more

I agree. Newmont's position has dropped. Rio's percentage will also as we dilute to finance thru to the FS but Rio has an opportunity to match any offer that comes Diam's way. That speaks volumes and IF we are lucky that day MAY still happen. I'm holding out hope even though is hurts to watch at todays share price. News is coming on financing shortly. That is, if they get it done. ...more
