Meeting Postponed!  Anyone else smell a higher offer coming?  They are sending out a new circular with an addendum coming.

Yeah I guess they have seen nothing but votes AGAINST the proposal so far. Would not surpise me to see the second circular will contain a section dedicated to FEAR of the second wave of Covid and how it will negatively affect the business to get shareholders to give away their shares. So far management gets a big zero on fiduciary duties. Without these guys capping the share price, stock would be ...more
