Funds flow per unit was 26c, beating estimates of 25c; Revenue was inline with estimates at $116.8M. EBITDA of $89.7M beat estimates by 6.3%. Cannacord lowered its target price to $15.50 from $16.00. Funds flow rose 4.1%. NOI rose 3.3%. Net rental income rose 7.1%. Occupancy rose marginally to 95.5%. Nine month payout ratio was 71%. We would consider the results fine. (5iResearch)

Its looking like a buy from a trading range/technical perspective between $12.50-$13.00.   I have buy orders all the way down to $12.50.  If that doesnt  hold, help us god.     Looks like some big players are shorting CADREITS again and this is volatile
