Diversified Royalty Corp > Q2 earnings???

Q2 earnings???

Q2 earnings could surprise.  Hopefully Mr Lube rebounds to Q4 numbers.  Airmiles should be improve a bit as the ship steadies(including the shortage from Q1).  Fixed royalties aside all others should grow as well.  If everything clicks there is no reason we shouldnt see an increase in the dividend.  Just saying (and hoping)!
If that happens share price should increase and stay way over $3+.  GLTA

Just a note on the divided: Distributable income per share was $0.0624 which was just below an extra cent per year they could payout... Also according to early guidance of Stratus was that they had potential to add 4-5 cents (at that time/share count) per year in distributable income, this will be the first full quarter of Stratus numbers to give indications of what it's going ...more

Im not here to argue but lm pretty sure Q1 Stratus revenue of 2034 is what we will get every quarter pending exchange rate. The point l was making is that when you compare Q1 revenues to Q4 2022 numbers, l was a bit concerned.  Mr Lube was down about 1000 which was offset by the 1000 increase Stratus.  Mr Mikes was down 100 and AirMiles down 325. Oxford was up 47 while Nurse & Sutt ...more

You shouldn't compare Q1 to Q4, especially with Mr Lube or any restaurant, retail outfit etc. Q1 is always going to be the weakest quarter.  Jan, Feb, March people hibernate, drive less, put off car maintenance, shop less, eat out less, etc.

I didn't know we were arguing, I was backing up your mention that a dividend increase is possible by giving napkin numbers to show its potential lol Was Q1 our first full quarter with Stratus? I know it closed before end of the year... but I didn't think it hit our books until into January... if so oops on me. We will also get an increase in Sutton's royalty rate effective July ...more

I backed up the truck on DIV during Covid and own a schwack of it at average cost of $1.55 /share.  I am still DRIPPING my way in every month.    I can just buy it and forget.  Sean Morrison makes it easy on me to keep the money coming and the capital gains will come with time and strong performance.    Let Sean take care of your money.  He treats it like his ...more
