Equity goose

is getting killed lately. Today I am experiencing a brutality of the market. Highlight of the day is $ 4100 dividend check is on the way home . In mean time I will wait and hydrate as big boys in USA & Canada will race with interest cuts.

Consumer insolvencies hit 4 year high in Q2: CAIRP https://www.bnnbloomberg.ca/investing/personal-finance/2024/08/02/consumer-insolvencies-hit-4-year-high-in-q2-cairp/ I wonder how Canadians banks will do when they face this plus 2 million mortgages renewals. I would not mind to own one but not sure if it is the right time to buy.
