I suspect the move was driven by the Rick Rule upbeat statement on the future of U. He indicated that the demand had returned to pre Fukishima levels, and with new reactors in places like UAE and Saudi coupled with the green reset, the future may be in for a change.

EFR benefits the most out of this and CCO. because EFR might not be able to procure the demand. then it trickles down to all U stocks because it adds to the demand vs supply future deficit.
