Offer at 0.90USD or ~1.20CAD and the stock went up? I don't think I can ever recall a positive reaction to a capital raise by DML. Strange.

Looks like the NR came out at 0836 EST? so I don't think the news drove the price, maybe those ANALysts I mentioned below were short ? Or we hit something.

Nah I saw this news out last night. What is surprising to me is that in a NR from a few days ago they stated the company was 'well-funded for 2021'. I figured based on that they'd wait until do summer/fall before doing an offering. I guess they want to lock in what they see as a high price given that U spot prices are still stuck in the mud. Whatever. These $25M raises are peanuts
