If your playing with small gambling money stick with it as you never know, if its bigger money or savings get your 20-50% lock in a profit and get out. Anyone who truely has been watching DML knows the cycle. DML book value is only 33 cents, stock is highly diluted and thier P/E is -58%. Its NOT going to $15 anytime soon.

Ya, I guess those fools who just invested 25M USD at $1.35 per share, really should have consulted with RayD first. Ray knows that nothing ever changes in the sector or the company and it will forever continue to fall back, again and again and again, etc.

Exactly hockeyplayer,   I guess we are the only ones who actually read the bought deal offering. TORONTO , Feb. 11, 2021 /CNW/ - Denison Mines Corp. ("Denison" or the "Company") (DML: TSX, DNN: NYSE American) is pleased to announce that it has entered into agreements with Cantor Fitzgerald Canada Corporation ("CFCC") and Haywood Securities Inc.  ...more

Bought deal key points KEY TAKEAWAYS A bought deal is an offering where the investment bank has agreed to purchase the entire issue from the company and then resell it after.  A bought deal usually favors the issuing company in the sense that there is no risk to the financing - the company will get the money it needs. The investment bank takes on extra risk in carrying ...more

Oh, I have read it..... 1) Underwriters have agreed to purchase, on a bought deal basis, (1) 27,473,000 units of the Company (the "Units") at the price of USD$0 .91 per Unit (the "Issue Price") for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately USD$25 million. I dont see a min hold period on this deal, so if there is no hold period they can dump them on ...more

Ray "7) Bottom line is they had to issue more shares twice within 6 months to fund operations which is more dilution." It is interesting that DNN stated recently that they were well-funded for 2021, then proceeded with this new round of capital raise. I understood that the reason for this one was to further accelerate the project timeline, and I cannot fault them for doing it ...more

I interpret what they did another way.  They know that they burn through cash constantly with nothing to really show for it (they are no closer to pulling actual uranium out of the ground than 7 years ago).  Management understands that there's nothing that they did which warrants their share price being north of $1.00.  Instead of letting their shareholders be rewarded for their ...more

Well, given the negative sentinment that has prevailed in the U market since Fukishima, why would anyone try to expedite the move towards production. Clearly, they have been in survival mode for years. Ultimatley only good news on U pricing will change the sentiment and create the incentive to move towards production. Uranium has been the promise of tomorrow for the last 10 years, but tomorrow ...more

I guess it is purely dilutive if management does nothing with the money. If you assume that they will use the cash to increase shareholder value (which is their job) than I would remain positive on DML and see that we have raised the floor on the SP and we have the potential of further increases (especially if we get some good news, finally, on the spot price).

Good analysis RayD.  Highlights the important items from the press release.  For the shareholders, in the coming months (April/May) you will receive the annual package with the proxy circular which will enable you to vote for certain resolutions.  Take a look at the board of director list and both the director and executive compensation.  Think through what the directors and ...more
