Thinking this won't affect the spot market in a big way, CCO Cigar Lake is tied to LT contracting with Ontario Hydro. More likely CCO sees a continued increase in demand, including spot pounds, going forward and as it may take months of lead time to get back into prodiuction - management is being prident and ensuring supply for those contracts. JMO GLTA

You're right, they did shut done because of the pandemic I have no issue with that. And likely they are not reopening without having it under control. The production from Cigar is tied to LT contracts with OH. Again, my guess is that they foresee a time sooner rather than later that purchasing from the spot to supply those contracts will be a money loosing proposition and there is a few ...more
