I don't believe this is unique to DNTL, lots of roll up strategy stocks are out of favour. PLC is another good example, and NBLY was trading at an all time low before the take private deal was signed earlier this month. I see this sector re-rating higher once interest rates start to decline by mid-2024 or so. I am contemplating rolling some of the proceeds from the NBLY takeover into DNTL once

With all due respect why then are these so called analysts still saying its worth 3x what its trading at today? Wouldn't they be downgrading?
