Positive - looks like they are cleaning up the structure (esp shareholder loans) to make a sale of the company more seamless for a public company buyer. GLTA

Yes, positive moves.  However, they do suggest that any sale of the Company will be pushed out until capital markets will allow for it.  This could take some time and judging by some of the dates in the Arrangements there is likely no takeover or sale in the near term. I think that the Mr Rosenberg and the Company did not get interest close enough to what they consider to be fair value

Opinions are a dime a dozen here but it's the market that is telling us that this is a positive for the share price. Smarter people than those that post on SH ( obviously including myself) know what's happening and up we go finally.  too bad that knit witt "doctor" couldn't read the tea leaves. I wonder whatever happened to him? lol
