Slow day, so decided to watch for a second time the Paschini  film story 
from father to sons.

The founder is amazing.He is now 90 years old and still go to the shop every day and works
2h/ day.

James Paschini (3 rr generation) said that the Zebau line works 20 hours / day.

The Pachini work 6 days a week and don't take vacation.This is love , passion and dedication.

8 of the 9 children of the third generation work for the business.

Jean says is hope is to see the 3rd generation grow the business 10 time.

There was a testimony of an employe.He say the Paschini treats them like family members.

No wonder they had no problem getting another 5 year collective agreement.

Did he say the Zebau line works 20 hours a day?  My  French is awful I was told the line is equivalent to 100 employees.

Yes, Zebeau work 20 h per day...no vacation, no heath care,... and the robot work equivalent to 100 workers
