It's very odd to see them choosing share buybacks while the stock is at this level.
Companies typically buy back shares when they consider them significantly undervalued.
They should have announced a special dividend to incentivize shareholders to continue holding the stock.

"Companies typically buy back shares when they consider them significantly undervalued." Exactly why ADF is buying their own shares. Very cheap stock. If they earn $1.90 a share this year it's a 10 times p/e. Earnings growth in Q1 was almost 200%. Revenue growth was over 30%. Hard to find a company growing like that trading at such a low p/e.
