Or initiate a NCIB or SIB if the stock is under $20 witch i doubt. If they were to land phase 3 of Lilly or another big contract elsewhere they would need to keep some for working capital. In any event, they will have to much cash once again by year end and you may be right on a dividend increase. DRX closed at $14.50 on april 30th.
