My concern

My concern is Marshall Barwick who sold over 150K during June still holding 1.6M. The Atrium analyst seems convinced their selling has stopped for now. But now being under 10% they do not need to file their trades. Any thoughts?? Is Marshall facing liquidity ie cash issues. Regardless I'm long and sleeping very well. Glta DD

expecting marshall to get rid of all its stake in DRX, no reasonable institutional investor can hold any shares in a company where the Board approves a rip-off of a substantial portion of the company's cash in favor of the controlling interests who happen to be the executives. In other juridiction such transaction would not be permitted or will lead to a class action.
