They still like the company overall. They stated that the Balance Sheet is very strong reducing Risk. 29M  in net cash. A positive with lower share count after the company share buyback.Still significant Backlog, as history shows usually an increase in 4th quarters. The major point that I do not agree with, was their issue about the Construction sector possibly experiencing lower demand and ...more

It doesn't matter what Keystone financial thinks about the stock. They've recommended payfare and it went down 75% in a single day because of losing a single client and also a director resigning the day before it happened... That's horrendous timing of resigning if you ask me. That company market cap is basically the value of their cash and assets, no one wants to even touch it after ...more

Well balanced opinion, cheers. PS: PAY is a unique story, they were cheered by all analysts, but I decided to sell my holdings back in august. Why ?? I did not like how management and executives were acting: They were consistently selling material numbers of their holdings (in the secondary market) without providing any information ==> Invest firt in people not in the Business Surprise : I' ...more

Near the beginning after saying they build bridges  etc , he says "non essential commercial buildings" which kinda hints at their take on ADF Group. That phrase stuck out to me ; reminds of that old joke that 'Macroeconomists have successfully predicted nine of the last five recessions' Yes , recessions happen but does the business show signs of a widespread downturn ...more
