Future …

 From now on I think there are two options: 1- Either the management is already in discussions with a potential buyer... the majority shareholders reaching retirement age 2- or they will try to privatize the company at a ridiculous price at the detriment of minority shareholders. In any case, it is impossible for the majority shareholders to have seen 50% of the value of their investment melt away without lifting a finger...

I don't understand why ... I was saying either they will sell the company and they dont mind the actual SP OR they will privatize it and keep it in their family (thus wanting a lower SP). Think about it what are their options for retirement ? they can't be watching the SP going down and do nothing. I'm pretty sure management is up to something ...
