They always lowball thier numbers. Earnings will be much higher. 10% tariiff won't hurt them  as US companies jak up thier price by 10% so its a wash. Also, cheaper cdn dollar is a plus. Trump won't cancel all the funding ( see my previous posts) and Biden will push out the funds in the next 6 weeks.
