The PEA is excellent but in my opinion its still 100% leveraged on Silver prices , need them to go up and stay that way .

Excellant PEA.  What's really exciting about this is the sensitivity to leverage on Ag prices.   If Ag rises to $28 the NPV increases to 2.4B.  Imagine what the NPV at $35 or $50 Ag price would be.  That would put NPV close to 4 or 5B imho.  And there is still more upside on exploration potential and drilling new zones.  This will be 10 - 30 bagger imho. I agree with you 100% on everything , but I am still on the fence about precious metal prices , why is this time different than the last time they spiked up around the financial crisis time , why will this time be different and the price of Silver continue on up to the high 20's or 30's , I have been hearing reports and estimates for the last dozen years or so that this will happen

Hi frewil11,  good question as the banksters have had their way for what seems like forever.  Imho, though I do think we are getting very very close to an upside explosion in Ag prices due to the simple fact that the physical markets are seeing shortages in the last year we have never seen before.  Go to any dealer and see if you can get a hold of silver bars and coins in quantiy

This was my point , when they started to raise interest rates back in 2012 the PM 's market dived , now they just talk about it and its a big negative reaction , what happens if they actually do it ?

Imho they will not get to that point.  The stock market is so leveraged to the easy money right now it will tank BIG if they do - just like it happened last time they tried to taper and raise rates.  The Fed will be forced to reverse when the market tanks too much.  Then PMs will explode in price and this time it will surpass the old highs.  The Fed talks the talk about
