Compare DSV to NXE; Why is NXE valued 6x higher?

I compare the two because both are going to develop the next mines in their sectors so that makes them very comparable.
Nexgen Market Cap = ~$3 billion CAD.
DSV.V market Cap $1/2 Billion CAD.
At $50 lb Arrow is worth ~$16 billion USD (ore in the ground).
DSV @ $21 spot = ~$21 billion (ore in the ground).
Arrow is priced at 6x DSV when DSV has better economics.
Also DSV keep on hitting monster holes not yet included in the resource.
Uranium sector overvalued or DSV under-valued?

Anyways IMO their is a lot of value here in DSV.
