Definitely has the right experience. 

He's interim only though hopefully he stays on awhile.

Taj seemed more than competent though I do think the company could do more to promote the project.

I wonder if he could do something about the Silver price?

Taj was great in the junior stage with a company but as far as I know he had never built a mine , I still feel DSV will get bought out . JMHO.

The company (Taj interview) only a few months ago said the resource only represented exploration on about 10% of the DSV land mass, so huge potential for increase in resource. If they do accept a buy out rather than develop themselves, I feel the buy out should be only for the current resource footprint rather than all their land holdings. More recently they already have discovered very good ...more

Some juniors are on a mission to expand the resource, it's drill drill drill every year even though they already have a project large enough to develop with huge profits. They are doing it to raise the buyout price, it is the tipping of the hand that they aren't using the limited capital available to move the project forward, they use that money to add Oz's / tons to the resource ...more
