So, if Tony has accepted the full time ceo position I presume this means he plans on developing this into a mine and not just flipping it to some other miner for a quick profit.....plus I do believe Sprott feels Cordero is the real thing. Based on my experience watching Tony do wonders for kirkland lake gold, I believe DSV's prospects will baloon out as the project develops. Tony has a record ...more

Yes exactly what I was thinking....him staying on board means there is a green light for production.  Not sure why there was little movement today, $10 profit per ounce at todays spot, and 33 million oz / yr.  That's almost $1 profit/share every year.  Am I missing something?

Yeah with this PFS we should be valued closer to the NPV in terms of market cap.  Just give it time for some of the institutional fund managers to buy in.  Sometimes it may take a few weeks for some big money to start bidding it up.   A little exposure with more marketing would no doubt help as well.  When Ag prices rocket past $30 the funds will take notice in a big way ...more

Yes, you are right. So the PFS says in other words: There are a lot of silver bars just laying in the streets around your own corner... And everyone can pick it up, by just buying shares of DSV....

FCF at $22 seems to be about 3$ per AgEq. From what I saw in the PFS, a good portion of the revenue is coming from by-products, so the profit is also subject to those metals. I know that silver and gold projects mostly use a 5% discount rate, but in this case, seems like less then 50% of the revenue is coming from silver or gold.  Is 5% really appropriate?  Can it really be compared ...more
